I wash my hands, and avoid sick people as much as possible. Other than that, I don't do much.

I got the flu and covid shot. But the change of weather in Maryland has defeated me. I have a nagging cough.

I got my flu and RSV shots. Got them both the same time, and ran fever that evening. Felt rotten too. Next day I was back to normal.
