Anyone else have problems going back to sleep or racing thoughts once they wake up? I have enough trouble sleeping as it is, but if I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s over. I have a really hard time getting back to sleep!??

Well at least now I know I’m not crazy at times.. lol and not alone.
I started counting out of sequence when it happens . Your mind can’t stress and count out of sequence.
It works for me. Maybe it will help you💕

Yess, same with me. I don't have trouble falling asleep but when I'm awake in the middle of the night it's really hard to go back to sleep. I usually end up napping a lot during the day 🥲

Some of the medications have side effects. Hydroxychloroquine is one of them. If you get a chance read the contraindications that come with the medications or ask your pharmacist.

I recently started taking a supplement for memory/focus/mood, and one of the first things I noticed with it was I was sleeping deeper and more often through the nights, without the racing thoughts disturbing me as much. I am pretty sure that's from the tryptophan it contains, so you may want to try a tryptophan supplement. I also know a lot of people who got some relief with CBD or cannabis.

I have to take medication to help me sleep and stay asleep but I'm still a light sleeper and if something wakes me up my brain starts going and I'm up no going back to sleep even if it's just 3 or 4hrs of sleep.
