Call you specialist and ask them what to do😊

In here they usually recommend us to other places that has the specialist and facilities to handle those cases. Or sometimes I would ask around and google and see where I can get a better treatment.

My primary dr is very understanding to my lupus needed so he provides my pain care. You could maybe ask yours
