I recently have been getting hives on my shoulders, back, arms and thighs. My doctor recommended Pepcid with Zyrtec.

Thank you! I took Allegra and that has helped tremendously. This is my first time having such a bad breakout. My entire torso was covered. Some of the hives were 4”+ in diameter along with the rash. It burned, itched and hurt. It is slowly going away. I will be keeping Allegra on hand from now on since I don’t know when or why this will happen. I also used Eucerin itch relief lotion which did help with the itching.

Allegra or claritin helps with the itchiness of hives. Benadryl does, too, but as it causes drowsiness, is not as convenient.
