This happens to me too! Multiple severe flushes with sweating that lasts a few minutes then cold. I have a little fan i turn on and off all day. I have told many Dr and all I get is the usual " it's the lupus" but no help or advise.

I work remotely, and in my home office I have a heater and an AC, to be honest i find my self sometimes switching between teh two multiple times in a day. They help some but my room can be freezing to others and I can still feel like I am melting and sweating..... it is a struggle some days more than others

2023 was a very ruff year for me. In September I was diagnosed with Lupus. Prior to that my symptoms were fatigue, body soreness and hot flashes were bad. All of me would get hot. I used ice blocks often. Ate lots of popsicles just did my best to keep my body temperature down. Little did I know how sick I was. Just thought I was getting old. Spent most of September in the hospital. Today February 25, 2024 I feel great . At least I am aware. My suggestion is try ice, popsicles if you’re feeling bad contact your doctor . So much we can do for ourselves please take care.
