Does anyone use Turmeric Curcumin for their joints and inflammation? If so what doses have you found effective as well as time of day to take and if you don't mind sharing the brand that would be helpful .

Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory. The only thing to watch out for is that when taken with medications with a blood-thinning effect, turmeric can increase the risk of bleeding. Since I'm on some meds that can increase bleeding risk, I use just a quarter teaspoon daily with black pepper as a tea.

Ginger is another excellent anti-inflammatory, and having a teaspoon in hot water (ginger tea) is a tasty way to get it in, too.

I have had very good benefits with Thorne curcumin. It’s in a liposomal form for better absorption
