I'm seeing a Neurologist, & chiropractor.
I refuse to use "pain killers" cause they are
a temp fix/Band-Aid.
Tens Unit is wonderful!! Have your nurse
show you how to use it.
God bless everyone.

Pain meds do nothing for nerve pain and for those who say they do just want narcotics. I had a sympathetic nerve block today to help the low back nerve pain, that really helps. I take a lot of steroids and it’s always better when I’m on those. Massage is a good temporary relief, you need to find out what’s causing the nerve pain to fix it. Totally understand and hope you feel better. I like ice over heat

I have degenerative spinal problems including narrowing (stenosis) of the spinal canal. It causes severe lower back pain. Normally, someone also experiences sciatic nerve pain. The spine doctor gave me steroid shots on both sides of my spine. I would suggest this. Spinal surgery is also an option.
