Always hot over here too! Especially in the morning after meds and coffee - but I can’t kick the coffee because it helps my energy levels and mental health, so I just cope with the overheating … I relate to all of the things!

In the summer I wear my hair up too. Anything in my skin when I am hot is annoying. Cotton is the best fiber for summer clothes, it doesn't stick to you and is a breathable fabric.

I'm almost tearing up hearing you say that! Lol I feel like such a freak sometimes, walking around in short sleeves and with a portable fan while the rest of my fam is cold. It's worse in the morning after taking my meds and a shower. It's miserable getting ready and putting makeup on when I'm constantly sweating. Sometimes I just put eyeliner on and stick my hair up in a bun so it's not resting on my neck. 🔥 I've told my rheumatologist about it, and there's nothing she can do, apparently.

Yes. I feel even hotter when I sit down after moving around the house.

Yesssss, you are not alone. I’m always burning up even when it’s cold outside. I wish it was winter
