So sorry for what you’re experiencing right now. Keeping you in my prayers for quick and complete healing.

So, I had pimple sized bumps appear on my face and I could feel a marble-sized nodule underneath. To everyone else it just looked like regular pimples (2 or 3 at a time) and when I told doctors, they treated me like I was just being vain and making a mountain out of a mole hill. I didn’t have to do that bc Lupus did it for me, lol. Ok, not funny bc this overly stressed me and put me in panic mode which kept throwing me into continuous flares for months! I could also feel the heat from inflammation. These bumps would actually get ANGRY and very itchy if disturbed. Unfortunately, doctors did not help me with this so I can’t pass on how they cured it or even what exactly this was but I came up with my own solution (as i shared on some of my other posts) after much experimentation.
My own Home Remedy::
Slather a large bandaid with sunscreen and Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil (EVOOO). The sunscreen soothes and the olive oil has antibacterial properties.

So my advice is to try not to panic so you don’t get worse but get checked out asap. Like most things Lupus related…remember, this too shall pass.
