Spent a lot of time on my feet today, by the time I got home the back of my right knee when I extend my leg specifically has a pretty good size ball behind it. It is definitely edema/ swelling and it is painful.

Yes I get this, mine are bakers cysts from the arthritis in my knees from the disease. One of them has since burst which was really painful. What helped me was swimming in a cool temperature pool, the cold seems to shrink them.

Hi. Those are called bakers cysts. I’ve had them and twice I had them drained. I haven’t had any trouble since. Good luck

First ask doctor, could be clot, then if okay soak in a tub mild warm water. I do have what you’re talking about. Yes one leg has it very uncomfortable also try Volarten you can get prescription strength or over the counter!

I get this too behind my knees. It feel gross. I use essential oils like frankincense and lavender to relax that area from pain being uncomfortable

Yes, not so much these past several months but in the past, constantly, and yes it hurt. I never knew what caused it. I don’t know what I did for it to stop, but yes, it was annoying.
