Are people with diagnosed Lupus and MCTD considered y?

I’m not taking and steroids or infusions of medication. But just having these chronic conditions, is that considered immuno compromised ?
My rheumatologist said NOT considered compromised… ?

Our immunity is not as good as that of healthy individuals, but we are not technically immunocompromised unless we take an immunosuppressant drug- any lupus drug other than Plaquenil.
