This is TMI but i need help. Does anyone have pebble poop? I am very concerned because I have been dealing with this the past couple months. I have to poop little pieces of pebbles all throughout the day. It is embarrassing because I have to go when I am at work, and I just constantly feel like I am constipated. Does… read more
It's time to go, grab some water! Push those electrolytes! 😁
Plenty of water helps, too, SM.
Eating lots of fruits helps with this, especially whole (unpeeled) apples, SM.
Hi. I deal with the pebbles off and on. I take azathioprine for my lupus. It is said to cause diarrhea but it didn't for me, it actually caused more serious constipation. I have added a few things to my daily regimen that keeps me very regular. I take a probiotic, 2 ducosate stool softeners and a 500mg magnesium caplet in the morning. Just before dinner I take 2 Citrucel caplets that are fiber. I think the biggest help is to stay ahead of the pebbles with taking something on a daily basis. Good luck getting "back to normal"!
If you eat prunes they can help a lot! Also bananas or oatmeal too. Sorry you’re dealing with this…so miserable. I use to have this problem but added more fiber and I do green smoothies or juices everyday to help.
