I wear cotton pressure gloves which help circulation to my fingers. I keep my heating pad close by in the morning as it attacks me first thing. The heating pad has very little effect on the feet. The feet get activated when I am overdoing it and cold weather . So I have to get off my feet. Keeping my hands warm by gloves or hot water in a mason jar works wonders.

@Asya, yes! It's not a nice feeling at all. @A MyLupusTeam Member, I have just looked at pressure gloves, will give them a try, thank you for this. Honestly so far, I let my feet do their own thing. I can't seem to help them. With the elbows & finger pain and tingling, that has been terrible and relentless.

My fingers turn horrible blue color in the slightest cold. . It gets to the point that I can’t feel them. I rub them hard to return the feeling.
