Thank you for the answer, I hope you get some relief. My right shoulder blade is hurting, I'm right handed so it makes it hard to do things around the house, to sleep and to type. It's hard to raise my right arm, it even hurts to take a deep breath. I pray you get some relief.

@A MyLupusTeam Member..Yes, that happens to me too because of the inflammation. I get relief with rest and OTC pain meds and massage. I also use natural supplements that are very effective for inflammation as well. Hope you feel better Vanessa 💜
I'm currently experiencing this issue, Miss Vanessa. It has been ongoing for about two weeks, and the Gabapentin I'm taking isn't providing any relief. I had a massage earlier today, but that didn’t alleviate the pain either. I’ve also tried Icy Hot and Lidocaine 5% patches, but they haven’t worked. The pain is beginning to radiate down my arm from my shoulder and neck, making it difficult for me to complete everyday tasks. I'm starting to feel frustrated and sad about it. Tomorrow, I plan to seek medical advice.
Thank you.
