Yes, agree with everyone--please get checked asap, Wendy! If your doctors can't see you, I would go to the ER, given the swelling.

Given your symptoms of severe leg pain, inability to walk, and significant swelling lasting over a week, you should contact your doctor right away. These symptoms, especially when combined with extreme fatigue, warrant immediate medical attention to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment. While waiting to see your doctor, you can try these temporary relief measures:
- Rest the affected leg and elevate it to heart level using pillows
- Apply a cold compress wrapped in a towel for 20 minutes every 2 hours
- Use compression socks or bandages to help reduce swelling
- Avoid putting pressure on the affected leg until evaluated by your healthcare provider Your doctor may recommend:
- Pain management medications
- Physical therapy once the acute symptoms improve
- Adjustments to your current lupus treatment plan
- Tests to check for any underlying complications

Remember, if you experience any shortness of breath, chest pain, or dizziness along with the leg symptoms, seek emergency medical care immediately.
