Has anybody experienced their hair roots on their scalp paining like krazy even when you touch your hair it just gives an intense pain. I experienced this yesterday. Couldn't even tie my hair up it was so painful.
What helped soothe it was a soak in Epsom salts
It has happened to me. It sounds crazy doesn't it? Luckily my episode passed after a few days. I took Tylenol and that was enough.

I have been indoors more lately due to it being Winter. But I think it's probably stress related too 😔 I was dealing with some hubby dramas but it's all good now.

Hubby dramas are a definite trigger for us, and I've been there, too!😂 I guess it's better to laugh than cry about it. Our loved ones are a source of both support and stress, aren't they?

I haven't experienced this (yet!) Fatima, and I'm sure you're being very cautious about UV exposure and dairy intake to help prevent this inflammation. I hope you get relief soon, as this sounds miserable.😘
