I’m a nurse, In all seriousness. Lick a finger and dip it in salt….then put it on your tongue and let it dissolve.

I use ginger chews. I've been taking 4 different antibiotics in succession to handle my lung infection and hydrochloroquine for Lupus plus multiple other meds and find that ginger water plus the chews work well.

- Avoid spicy, greasy, or heavily seasoned foods It's important to discuss ongoing nausea with your healthcare provider, especially if Zofran isn't providing relief. They may:

- Adjust your current medications
- Prescribe alternative anti-nausea medications
- Check if the nausea is related to your lupus activity
- Evaluate if any of your current medications are causing nausea as a side effect

Hey Ms Kathy 🏵️ I am Plagued by nausea. It's always been troublesome for me but in the last five years I really don't know if I've had any days without it. For me, I thought it was hormones, and some of it was, but I also have an impossible to kill pathogen living in my guts, it's called IMO, they're methanogens. Not bacteria, not fungi .. anyways, I have found prochlorperazine tablets (Rx) to be helpful, not always, but when it's really bad that's my go to.
On better days, yes, ginger etc etc etc.
Believe me- I've tried it.
Frankicense oil or lemon oil or vapo rub help too. I just inhale the smells.
Don't get cheap frankincense. It's nasty.
Hope you feel better ❣️
