Not sure if you are taking tablets or capsules. I noticed less stomach issues when I changed from the Cellcept tabs to capsules. I take 1500 in the a.m and 1500 in the p.m. I hope this helps.

I have had the same problem, I've been on 2,000 mg a day for three months now, and have to chase it with a zofran every couple of days because the nausea is still bad. The zofran helps, I just wish I didn't have to chase pills with pills. It also makes me terribly fatigued.

I haven't been on cellcept, but I'm on the generic form of Imuran and it messes up my stomach. I think all these immunosuppressive drugs tear up our tummies. I find mine is tolerable with food. I've heard too that peppermint is good for upset stomach. Hugs! Sarah

I take Pantaprazole for my stomach. My doctors wanted me to take 1000 milligrams in the morning, & 1000 milligrams at night. Always after eating something. I can't take that much without it hurting my stomach, so I take 500 milligrams in the morning after breakfast, & 1000 after supper. My doctor is happy with that.

what about culturelle, natural and good for everyones gut:)
