For pain management, some options to discuss with your doctor include:
• Anti-inflammatory medications (with careful monitoring)
• Alternative pain management approaches
• Carefully selected antidepressants that have less impact on urinary function Important: Never start or stop any medications without consulting your healthcare provider. They will need to carefully evaluate your specific situation to determine which medications are safe given your urinary retention. Your doctor can create a treatment plan that balances managing your anxiety and pain while minimizing impacts on urinary function.

I went to Family Freedom here in WV and they did a DNA swab test on my mouth. They sent it away to see what meds works best with my body. It was $200 and insurance wouldn’t cover it but it was so worth it. I think you can mail order them as well and do it your self

I am on three psych meds, one is quetiapine fumarate. I don't know what the other more common name is.
Duloxetine.
Lamotrigine
I have urge incontinence and constantly ooze. For years I wore a pad but now need Pull-Ups. I often have to suddenly go and don't make it to the toilet.
I also have urinary retention.
Does anybody have answers to this question?
💯💋🌹❤️
