Hi Lisa, I love my herbal teas. I take a Tumeric Ginger Tea. I make a version of 'Golden Milk' with Oat milk, Tumeric Honey and Vanilla. It's so good and good for me. Mia, I have become a but of a skeptic with Dr.'s. Yes we have to be careful with drug interactions but too many are clueless about nutrition and disease. When I found out I have MCTD Lupus/Raynaulds, I asked my PCP if she could recommend a nutritionist. She looked at me and said, why? I was gob smacked but too sick and tired to get into it.

Lisa I just finished my 1st box of that tea! I love it for during the day, and it does seem to help a little with inflammation. For nighttime it's lavender and chamomile which helps with relaxation. Hope this helps💜

Hi Lisa. I would ask my doctor about it. Green tea is wonderul and it is an anti-inflammatory as well as tumeric and the green tea protects your kidneys! But, it is a diurectic and Lupus does not like diurectics. But, some people can take it. I would ask my doctor as diurectic make me flare. Take care and God bless.
