• Joint pain during weight-bearing activities
• Joint stiffness
• Muscle spasms
• Limited joint movement Treatment options depend on the stage of AVN:

• Early stages: Pain medications and physical therapy
• Advanced stages: Surgery may be required

It's important to talk with your doctor if you notice any symptoms of bone loss to prevent fractures. Many MyLupusTeam members have shared their experiences with AVN, particularly in their hips. With proper treatment and lifestyle modifications, bone complications from lupus can usually be managed successfully.

Im sorry. I previously ask if anyone had experience with this added condition. I just had core compression surgery on my hip for this and I pray it gives me relief and more time with my actual hip. It brings such anxiety thus far and I am looking for others who has faced this issue. Thanks for reaching out
