Symptoms that come with that: frontal headaches, chest pain, light headed, and coughing blood clots... I have a history of minor strokes and blood clot activity in the past, but lately I've had these symptoms. Curious if anyone has had this and what the doctors/tests have indicated

Thankfully I haven't experienced bleeding that's difficult to control -- I assume because my blood clots easily? ^

These symptoms require immediate medical attention. Given your history of strokes and blood clots, along with current symptoms of chest pain, lightheadedness, and coughing blood clots, you should seek emergency care right away. These could be signs of a serious medical situation that needs prompt evaluation. While nosebleeds can occur in people with lupus, particularly if you have thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), the combination of symptoms you're describing needs urgent medical assessment. Your doctor may want to check your platelet levels through a complete blood cell count and evaluate your current medications, especially if you're taking blood thinners or NSAIDs. Warning signs that require immediate medical attention include:
• Bleeding that's difficult to control
• Dizziness or lightheadedness with bleeding
• Chest pain
• Severe headaches
• Unexplained bruising
• Blood clots

Please don't wait for these symptoms to resolve on their own - seek emergency care right away.
