I have used almond milk and have not considered soy. I will look into edamame. I believe I have eaten some someone offered to me and it was pretty good. Now the Tofu doesn't look desirable LOL I will have to pass on that one. 😆Thank you, this is helpful.

Soy products, including soy milk, tofu, and edamame are helpful, too, Letitia. I hope your treatment goes well!😘

Here are several natural ways to help manage hot flashes that are generally safe and won't interfere with medications:

• Dress in removable layers to adjust to temperature changes
• Use a portable fan for quick cooling
• Stay hydrated and try sipping cold water, especially before bed
• Try crushed ice (as some members find this helpful)
• Lower your bedroom thermostat at night
• Use cooling pillows and breathable bed materials
• Take cool baths before bedtime Additional comfort measures you can try:

• Sleep on white sheets for a cooler feel
• Consider using a bed fan that blows air directly under your sheets
• Practice mindfulness meditation to help manage hot flash symptoms
• Maintain a healthy weight as extra body weight can increase hot flashes
• Apply antiperspirant to dry skin before bed (including feet) to manage excessive sweating

Always consult with your healthcare team before starting any new treatments or remedies, even natural ones, to ensure they won't interfere with your current treatment plan.
