Compression fracture. I have been to numerous drs with no help from them. No offer of any kind of pain meds. I am doing physical therapy but it has not helped much at all. Any advice?

@A MyLupusTeam Member please be very cautious before taking calcium supplements, they tend to accumulate as plaque-deposits in our blood vessels, which in turn can seriously jeopardize your already fragile health💜

Another option to consider is a kyphoplasty, where a spine surgeon injects a sort of bone cement to relieve the pain. If nothing else is helping, please check this out, as I've seen patients get great relief.

The cement is too late for me😢. My orthopedic doctor did not like that procedure. I always seem to end up with the wrong doctor.
