I use Refresh Tears because I have glaucoma too. I have special medicated drops 💧 for my glaucoma.

I use eye drops and keep myself hydrated. Winter and heat or even a/c can make it worse, maybe add a humidifier?

My ophthalmologist gave me eye drops that helped when they were very dry.
