I been taking Cellcept for years too, but it doesn't help me. I've tried telling my Rheumatologist, but he doesn't hear me. Just keeps telling me to stay on it. I do believe it wrecked my immune system because I've had an open wound or my right heel for over a year now and wound care doesn't seem to know how to heal it.

I have been taking it for years too and it has helped me as well. When you first start it, it can be harsh on your stomach but you usually start off lower on the dose and go up if needed that also helps that side effect.

I have been taking Cellcept for several years with no common side effects. It has helped keep me out of the hospital and my kidneys stable.

Another member noted, "I've been on mycophenolate since May 2015. It has not affected my weight."

If you experience stomach issues, talk to your doctor about taking it with food or adjusting timing. One member suggested taking it early morning and before bed to reduce stomach distress.

Always report any concerning symptoms to your doctor immediately.
