I had 16-18(?) lumbar punctures through the years, was always scared, one revealed oligoclonal bands in my fluid. I don't know the results of the other spinal taps, our family and I moved so many times, a lot came up missing. My memory has been bad for many months, perhaps years, can't remember🤣😂😅🤪It's totally legitimate to be scared, my advice: ask all the questions, there is no such thing as silly questions. Knowledge gives you a sense of control back, you understand what's going on and why.
