I have a spinal fusion and my hardware gets cold when the weather is cold. My body goes into a nonstop shiver sometimes which makes body pain even worse. Best solutions for me have been a hot shower/bath or a sauna if you can access one and my favorite an infrared pad that will actually warm my whole body unlike a heating pad that only warms the surface of my skin.
Yes, I have Raynaud's myself with chronic vascular inflammation only thing that really helps me is our hot tub. Or even just a hot bath
I do have Raynaud's Phenomenon but still haven't felt this cold all over my body. It's getting worse.
Why might you be experiencing extreme cold intolerance and bone sensitivity with lupus?
Cold intolerance with lupus can happen for several reasons. Cold temperatures can cause blood vessels to narrow, which may worsen symptoms or trigger painful flare-ups as your body tries to stay warm.
