Could pain on the right side below the bra be related to the liver or pancreas with symptoms like yellow stool, stomach ache, and nausea?

Pain in the upper right abdomen could potentially be related to your liver, while pancreatitis typically causes pain in the upper abdomen that may spread to the back. Yellow stool, stomach ache, and nausea can occur with both liver and pancreatic issues.

Some lupus medications can affect the liver and pancreas. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) can cause gastrointestinal issues like stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. Other medications may lead to liver problems or pancreatic inflammation.

Yellow or pale stools combined with upper abdominal pain could indicate a problem with your liver, gallbladder, or pancreas that needs medical attention.

It's important to contact your doctor right away about these symptoms, especially the yellow stool and persistent pain. They may need to run tests to check your liver enzymes and pancreatic function to determine what's causing your symptoms and whether your current medications need adjustment.

Don't wait to seek medical care - these symptoms warrant prompt evaluation to ensure you get appropriate treatment.

My rheumatologist told me that having active Lupus doesnt necessarily match all the criteria is bloodwork.
That doctors need.to use their deductive reasoning to see how many markers meet Lupus and treat it accordingly.

Get checked out. You may have eaten something that was spoiled. Stay hydrated, clear liquids until you get checked out. Hope you feel better soon.
