And I was concerned about another compression fracture. She thinks it is SI joint dysfunction. I had been using a stepper exercise machine daily and it has aggravated those joints evidently. I stopped using stepper when pain started. I used ibuprofen and that helped immensely but I can’t stay on that due to kidneys. Anyone else had issues with SI joint dysfunction?

I thought about trying a chiropractor. Just have to be careful since my bones are fragile with osteoporosis. Going to switch to Forteo for that. It’s supposed to build bone and perhaps help with existing pain from old compression fracture. 🙏🏻
I am going on Forteo in August.
