I have mixed Connective Tissue Disease, along with SLE Lupus and Sjogrens. I'm basically a big bag of autoimmune conditions.

Yes, some MyLupusTeam members have been diagnosed with overlap syndromes. One member shared that their doctor diagnosed them with mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), which is an overlap syndrome where you may have symptoms of multiple conditions like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and others at the same time.

Other members have had similar experiences. One mentioned their rheumatologist said they might have MCTD too, while another shared their diagnosis was "MCTD leaning toward lupus and rheumatoid arthritis."

Some people also have undifferentiated connective tissue disease, where symptoms don't fit clearly into one specific diagnosis. This can sometimes progress to a more specific diagnosis like lupus, or it may remain undifferentiated.

It's encouraging that Plaquenil is helping with your fatigue. Keep communicating with your healthcare team about your symptoms and progress, especially as you continue treatment.
