I went into remission in 2019 by following a Wholistic plan. I stopped all medication in 2020. I fell off of my system when I returned to working in healthcare during the pandemic. I returned to my system last year and I am doing fine again. I can stay outside in the sun without complete exhaustion.

I cn also tell you all I am being hard on myself too, I need more grace especially knowing I was holistic for years and thriving!!! I experienced some huge deep trauma earlier this 2026 and I know that is causing a lot of what I am experiencing, and every season has it roles for what it needs!! I definitely am moving towards more plants and veggies in my nutrition and less processed food. I don't necessarily like sugar, no dairy, no beef or no pork but that STRESS is the major thing I need to really give to God, I can't carry any of what is happening without God, and not spiritual bypassing; but truly understanding God is like tag me in daughter you don't have to carry all those burdens!!! Thank you all for the love, comments and support

I’m not any medication. I switched to whole food plant based diet and my labs were in remission in a few months. I still had symptoms especially around big storms or starting my period. It’s been 4 years and now I hardly ever have symptoms. I’m always working on making my diet just a little better, managing my stress, getting good sleep, being mindful of sun and heat exposure, and if I start to feel run down I prioritize rest. Occasionally I’ll have some joint pain or feel extra tired but that is it. It’s been a struggle to keep my iron and vitamin d up even with supplements. Highly recommended a plant based diet. It gave me my life back. Just moved states last year and my new rheumatologist is totally confused by it πŸ˜‚

That's really great πŸ’œ how long have you been holistic? And do you not use any western medicine or over the counter medications?
