In addition to my Lupus diagnosis, I am also diagnosed with seronegative polyarthritis, polyarticular arthritis and joint pain!

Has anyone experienced where they were "officially" diagnosed with their Lupus but has had the symptoms for years and later correctly diagnosed?

My rheumatologist is convinced I have lupus but she can't call it that bc the only marker that is positive currently is my ANA. She is calling it undifferentiated connective tissue disorder. I also have hypothyroidism that is very difficult to regulate. Ihler's Danlos Syndrome and next week I am being tested for microscopic colitis, which apparently is also an autoimmune response.

Well, when my arthritis, not the osteo, first showed up, my rheumatoid factor was negative. I honestly can't remember the name my rheumatologist gave it. When my rheumatoid factor showed positive after about 4 years or so, diagnosis became rheumatoid arthritis.
