Trying different things really helps. It depends on day or if they turn white or purple ish. I have half cloves for winter that help and compression cloves help. Heated cloves really help some people. I also have a hot wax machine to put your hand in and that is heavenly on the hands.

Hi Judy-Hand pain, even hands changing color and stiffness-I’ve had it all. Ice or heat-depends on the day! Some people have Raynauds, so you might read about it too. At times, I wear thin gloves in Tucson summer’s and when I work out, especially with the exercise machines. From I’ve read and what other’s have reported, there is not one “fix” so experimenting with what works best for you is what I had to do. Even then, it changes. It’s like being a “detective!” Good luck luck. ♥️🤞

When my hands hurt and are inflamed, I use compression gloves. They do ease the pain and inflammation for me.
