I had to call EMS last night because my BP was 154/138 pulse 140 and I didn't understand. The ER just gave me medication and couldn't find anything immediately dangerous. And I started researching, found something about autonomic dysfunction, can anyone explain what this is and why lupus and sjogren's patients get it?

I have reached out to all my doctors to get seen next week.. My BP had been so good and boom a random spike 💥

Trying my best. We are moving into a one level home, and I'm so psyched! It will be a slow gradual process! It will make life much easier!

Inflammation definitely causes a lot of issues with our nerves. I've had surgery to release pressure on some and still have bouts of sciatica when the swelling gets bad. Getting inflammation down definitely is key.
