@A MyLupusTeam Member, Thanks for the info on lavender oil , i think ill try that also
It's really frustrating when you've tried everything and sleep still won't cooperate — especially when it's triggering flares. One thing worth flagging: daytime napping, while tempting (and understandable with lupus fatigue!), can actually make nighttime insomnia worse by reducing your sleep drive.

They put me on Diazapam 10 mg. I sleep 6 to 7 hours every single night. I never thought I would take this because I use a more holistic approach to handle my lupus and Sjogrens. You can also use magnesium glycinate instead which is natural. I’m going to switch over eventually but I work 45 hours a week and I have seven very active grandkid so I need to keep my energy levels Good right now. I will try this during the time I have off. Skipping the nap or having an early nap with exercise would definitely help as well.
Dr Teals Lavender Lotion and Spray on my wrists & behind my ears is really helpful 👍🏼😁 and it's quite affordable!
Yes good morning not sure if you use all yours or not but I did hear recently or saw on somewhere that lavender oil behind the air helps put you to sleep. I’ve been using it for the past couple of weeks and it works.
Also, I take medication to new pills for pain and helps me sleep at night
If you don’t wanna take any more meds, it’s understandable but try the lavender oil
Hope this helps you get the rest you need🫶🏾
