I just hung up the phone on a friend of mine because I literally couldn't speak properly and it came to a point where I faintly heard my friend talking but didn't get the contents/meaning of the words, it was meaningless, stressful noise to me. First I really suggest a deep relationship with GOD and with your higher self. Second, you must know and believe that you can heal yourself. Third, will be lifestyle. What are you consuming mind, body, and soul daily? What is your internal state on a daily basis? What do you believe? What's your angle on life? What recipe are you cooking with? Im not talking about food. How are you internally, physically, consciously, and emotionally navigating life? I agree and I wish the process from suspecting lupus to actually diagnosing lupus would be WAY shorter. There are young girls/women dying from this shit, please forgive my profanity, but it's a completely INTOLERABLE situation we are facing. Not only is the child/adolescent/young adult sick, no! The whole family is suffering along with the ailing individual. This HAS to stop. Families break apart, friends leave because taking care of a lupus patient is like taking care of a patient with Stage 4 Cancer!!!! Yes, it's unacceptable and something has to change, especially here in Germany. 😠 Yes I am infuriated right now and I have every right to be. A Dr at the Charite(Mitte) in Berlin once told me: Women don't get mad. They don't have anger issues. Excuse me, but that's the greatest bullsxxx I've ever heard with this set of ears! 😠🤪

Happened to me approx a year ago. I went to my nephrologist and the took my blood pressure, it was 205/115, he sent me to ER. After running test they said its just the flare. The dr was so rude, he told me that the emergency room is for emergencies. He said its for people that are dieing or urgent matters. Of course I will never go back there. We drove further to ER in July and that hospital staff was so nice and respectful. The Doc explained everything to me, he sat on the bed with me and he was so down to earth. There are good doctors out there. Maybe I was just lucky.
