Have you been tested for antiphospholipid antibodies, Ashley? They can cause miscarriages and blood clots. Please see a high-risk obstetrician if you haven't already, as they may have helpful advice.

Good luck!

I had innumerable miscarriages, and my Dr never knew why. Eventually we adopted 2 sons, then I became pregnant again after 13 years of married life. I felt awful throughout the whole pregnancy, and needed an emergency preterm c-section due to amniotic fluid being gone, though I wasn't aware of having lost any. My body was rundown, and it took me a full year to atleast partially recover. When my baby was 3 I got diagnosed with lupus. We now understand that if we had known it was lupus prior to becoming pregnant, the Dr could have prescribed medication that my body wouldn't wear out. That's been 11 years, and I'm still declining physically.
I wish you better success and good medical care while pregnant.

I had to do some fertility pill and shots but have two boys. Have you tried an ovulation kit?

I had several miscarriages and finally had to be on fertility meds, the meds moved my ovulation date back because I ovulated late and my body attacked before the egg could implant good. After moving my dates back I got pregnant, I was 34 when I conceived and almost 35 when my son was born. I hadn't been diagnosed with Lupus at that point but was very fortunate that my Dr treated me as high risk from day one. During my pregnancy my Lupus became very active, causing pre-term labor and my son was born with the neo-natal butterfly rash. Don't give up on your desire to be a mom. I hope you have success...
