Does anyone suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome? And how do you deal with it?
Hello, weary one. I've been diagnosed since '97. I can only tell you what I have used to stumble down life's path! ;)
Caffeine, if health allows. And while you feel like you can sleep forever, you must remember you're not getting quality sleep, no matter how long you sleep. So......I would suggest something that will help you sleep more EFFECTIVELY. That varies by person. Also, inquire about the medicines Provigil and Nuvigil. Provigil is the only thing that ever truly helped me in this arena.
Best of luck! {{{Soft hugs!}}}
I have chronic fatigue as well on my diagnosis list and I'm always trying to find something to help. It was suggested to me to try super B complex which you can find pretty much anywhere but it takes roughly 3 days and I noticed a huge difference I actually would have more energy, maybe it could help you
I have Super b complex & I haven't seen any results. mine result from the stress of others that will continue not to leave me alone when I ask

Thank you! I have some actually but I spend my days living out of bottles and I go through spurts of NOT taking my supplements because I get so tired of pills, tablets and capsules. Lol
