My daughter has been complaining of the left side of her fore head and nose hurts, and headaches that are very painful but come and go. Any one had this or felt this before.

Wow Kathy! That is me too. Sinus shows narrowing but nothing IN the sinus, despite having MANY sinus infections. ENT has me on neurontin and that helps with pain in my face

My MRI showed narrowing of left sinus possibly due to lupus. Have constant pain over left eye, cheekbone and glands. Also suffer alot from sinus infections.

I have found nothing to really help with that headache - mine goes into the ear, along the jaw line, and over swollen glands in my neck. To me that is the worst part of the lupus pain.

I get migraines on the right side with pain in bridge of my nose. Imitrex helps a lot. I was told Lupies are prone to migraines. Be sure she follows up with her doc.
