I was having a great day yesterday, no/very little Lupus pain, and starting at 430p pain returned. It built until I could barley wipe my nose. Does anyone else start days fine and get slammed out of nowhere?

I am slowly learning to recognize certain triggers, but often a flare still hits me out of the blue...
My doctor said that the only thing predictable about Lupus is its unpredictability...

Sometimes it seems like that but usually if I think about it. I can find the warning sign that I ignored or was too busy to pay attention to.

With me, I have pain soon as I wake up in the morning and then slowly declines. If I had a busy day with a lot of running around, I start to feel it the next day!! It usually take 2-5 days to come out of it.

Like FranS there can be signs sometimes as sutile as an odd sensation on skin areas, muscles, joints you start to identify. ( fatigue setting in quick as well ). Usually after doing to much while feeling good for me lol.

Every day at 5 I stop, and lie down for 15 minutes. Most days it helps get me through the cooking cleaning getting kids to bed fiasco. If I don't stop for that small amount of time nothing gets done n I'm in bed by 6
