I have the skin only during the summers when I go outside even if I have long sleeves or sunblock on and I have joint pain with muscle aches along with fatique. My Lupus flares are dormant now, but my labs still show Lupus.

I also was diagnosed with cutaneous,sle in my kidneys and in my and my circulation and of course my body doesn't absorb calcium she's only making my disease my bones deteriorate quicker

Get these too- usually on legs and head. A dermatologist told me they are sub cutaneous and deep scarring.
