I get sores my ears nose, and worst of blisters on my hands 😑 painful! Any tips

For mouth sores I use baking soda instead of toothpaste and try to eat alkaline foods, not spicy, because it hurts!

I have never Horton them on there unless I have been out in the sun because my skin blisters up even if I have sun screen on as far as my mouth there isn't and thing they have given me that helps I just deal with them which suck.
