So for about 2 months now I've had a constant stomach ache with bloating, gas, and constipation. I don't take meds for lupus only aleve. Anyone else have this?
Sometimes diarrhea or constipation, bloating, and gas signal the start of a flare for me. I would wonder what your blood work looks like...high inflammatory markers maybe? I would go to my Rheumatologist and perhaps a GI doc to see what's up if it is chronic.
I have many GI problems. I had a colon resection, fundiplication ,gallbladder removed, and now gastroparesis, where stomach doesn't empty food properly. I have had to go to strict diet, and feel so much better. It will take a good GI doctor to take you through test to get answers. I am on medicines that makes life better. Is it lupus related I don't know, but it is caused by nerve and muscle problems, so it is anyone's guess.
I do and my rheumatologist said I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
@A MyLupusTeam Member I cant help to much but vertigo is an inner ear problem. Ear doc check maybe.
Granny02, as far as I know verti g o has something to do with crystals in your inner ear, I believe that's the location of the crystals. When the crystals are out of place then you suffer from the vertigo. There is something called BPPV, a form of vertigo.
