I keep getting like hard pimps/boils that sometimes blister then go away (everywhere) but one at a time. They hurt bad and left a nasty scar on my face. Has anyone have the same thing or is this just apart of the disease?

Yes, it is part of all the diseases of inflammation, like Lupus, and Scleritis

I'm just starting to have another flair up, and as of today, I have 3 Large bumps on the back of my neck. They are hard, sore spots, that make me want to scratch them. They are hard, ball shaped, extra growth of Skin, that keeps building skin on skin on skin, but they are growing along the lines of my nerves, from my back to my head/brain. I'm seeing my rhemy this week, to see if she can think of something newer, to tx my skin.
Any thoughts out there ?

Yea I have gotten blisters pretry frequently and then they will just go away. Can be very painful. Honestly not sure if it's lupus related or due to the methotrexate
