B/P running 114/99 with meds

Have a lot of issues with my b/p. My normal is about 138/104. Changed medication Thursday now it's 114/99. Concerned why the bottom # is still so high. Any thoughts appreciated. ..

I'm on Benicar HCT and it is the only pill that has kept my blood pressure in control. I've been on a ton.
