tell me why I have begun to get hot and perspire at different times of the day I can be in the store and start to perspire and get hot it does not pick a regular time. This Sept. Sounds like you are in a flare. See a rheumatologist to get the right meds you need or a dosage adjustment.
And lupus messes with our internal thermostat. It was 36 degrees today and I was outside sweating wearing just a hoodie. I get hot flashes at night and cold chills during the day usually. For the past 4hrs I have been in the cycle of hot flash and cold chill back to back.
Make sure you have your thyroid/hormone levels checked too to make sure that's not adding issues to the mix.
I would go to the ER when your feel like this an especially with this infection!
You aren't going to die. Please get checked with your doc.
I would check with a rheumatologist it could be a really bad flare.
