As lupies we are prone to agitation, we scare easily. Our senses are heightened and in an overstimulating environment its likely that we instill our fight or flight instincts. So its obvious we're prone to anxiety.

I also can not stand a lot of noise or big crowds. I find myself getting overwhelmed. When my kids have problems, sometimes I wish they would not tell me so it does not cause more worry. I never used to worry until all this happened.
