When I pee it burns and my stomach hurts what can this be from? Is it inflammation?

I would get a urine sample collected but also a culture. A ultrasound of your bladder abdomen and pelvis may help identify causes, IF labs are normal.
If you are having trouble with diahreah or constipation it can give you a burning sensation (rare but happens) when you urinate. They may also want to scan your bladder with an ultrasound pre and post void to make sure your emptying bladder well. Also anatomy can cause this, prolapsed bladder/uterus. Myself personally, if your having GI issues including gas bubbles, I think I'd treat that rout. But also get urine checked to be on safe side. Cranberry...can't hurt. Make sure you don't have a yeast infection as well. So many things it could be. I hope my post has not overwhelmed you, just gave you some ideas to discuss with physician as YOU see appropriate! These are Only My thoughts. This could be more than one diagnosis here, or nothing identifiable. I always take antifungal with antibiotics to help prevent yeast overgrowth.
Hope you get answers and feel well soon!
@A MyLupusTeam Member possibly acidic urine, Ural sachets purchased from the pharmacy or supermarket, dispersed in a glass of water to drink, will neutralise the urine and reduce the scalding. This is a first aid go to. If you have flank pain mid back down to buttocks, the kidneys may be inflamed. A urinary tract infection can be to any degree depending on how much it has progressed. Taking the Ural early may be enough to ease the bladder at least. If the stomach is acidic too, the Ural will help lower the stomach acid too. Think of any acidic, maybe citrus you have eaten too much off that may be telling you too much. Think of any signs of thrush, itchy vaginal passage, milky discharge. For a urinary infection to be obvious, pee into a jar and check your pee for offensive smell, if it is cloudy with pus, or debris or blood, sometimes you can see all three. If you pee is clear, not offensive smelling and the burning eases after taking Ural (or baking soda) then you have not need to follow up with a Doctors appointment for a prescription. Like I mentioned to one other member, you can purchase your own urine test strips from the pharmacy and follow the simple instruction to dip a strip into the urine and read the colours on the strip that will test for pH, glucose, leucocytes, Nitrates, Protein, and Blood. If any of these are present you are then reinforcing your decision to see a Doctor backed up with scientific proof.
Hope this helps, regards, Margaret
Also. If you take Azo-Standard which is a life saver when your having spasms!!
It alters the results of UTI UA and culture. So they will likely treat as UTI by signs and symptoms , not confirmed by Labs though
I agree with all that its possible a UTI. But with Lupus its best to have it checked out. A UTI can lead to so many other problems with your kidneys.
May be a yeast infection.,..its best to not assume and get it checked .. Hope u feel better
