During a flare I always get really weak.... I feel like my muscles and bones are shaking they're so weak. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. We can suffer from muscle inflammation (myositis) and weakness. @A MyLupusTeam Member I have the same issue with cups. When I am not feeling good, I always use two hands. Hot tea in my lap is nver fun!

I thought it was just me! I get really shaky like that..almosts feel like I'm vibrating. I also get so weak when I'm like that and have found panic attacks hit me when I'm like that.
